Job Responsibilities:
- Execute Resourcing/Relationship process and procedures, and provide the Resourcing/Relationship relevant

services to internal/ external customers
- Coordinate and support recruitment activities, assist HRM for enhancement of both internal/external

recruitment channels
- Assist HRM to draft & initiate HR Plans to meet with the business needs
- Keep update of Labor Law & local labor ordinance, provide timely inputs to HRM for reference & attention
- Handle staffing issue, including prepare & update HR Reports, administrate E-Recruitment, coordinate new staff’s On-Board Process & exit staff’s Exit Process etc

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, major in Human Resources, English or other related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in multi-national company
- A team-player with strong communication, organization & planning skills
- Creative, self-motivated, can work under pressure
- Proficient in both English & Chinese, good command of Microsoft Office skills

- 组织与实施招聘活动,协助HRM开拓内外部招聘渠道满足业务部门需求

- 协助HRM开展人力资源相关工作以满足不断发展的业务需求

- 熟悉并了解最新的劳动法及相关法律知识,提供并及时更新的法律信息给HRM参考

- 负责员工信息管理,包括各类HR报表,E-recuitment,新员工报到流程及员工离职流程等

任职要求:

- 全日制本科及以上学历,人力资源/英语/管理专业为佳

- 五年以上跨国公司人力资源管理工作经验

- 优秀的沟通表达,具有团队合作精神,良好的组织和策划能力

- 具有创造性,能自我激励并能在较大的工作压力下工作

- 精通中英文读写,熟悉各类办公软件操作
