Position Title: Social Media Community Coordinator

Position Description                                                                       

The incumbent will be responsible for creating and maintaining a strong online presence for GTIIT. His/her role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities                                                        

·       Create engaging text, image and video content;

·       Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around GTIIT;

·       Create online events and activities;

·       Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness, including the international social media accounts;

·       Facilitate online conversations with readers and respond to queries;

·       Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and student’s engagement metrics;

·       Oversee social media accounts’ layout;

·       Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, e.g.promotions and competitions.

Required Job Specifications                                                                 

·       Required qualification: Master degree or above from an internationally reputable university. Work experiences or major in translation or journalism is highly preferred;

·       Work experience: 1-2 years working experience in related filed.

Required Job Competencies                                                                

·       Language skills: Fluent English and Chinese;

·       Organized and responsible candidates are preferred.
