PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Coordinate all aspects related to inspection.

QC Inspection File

- Distributes QC Inspection Files from merchandisers to respective Inspectors.

- Sends follow-up on missing details all concerned on behalf of the Inspectors including

Chargeback Reports.

- Prepares and submits to HK the Weekly QC Inspection File Report.

QC Inspection Reports

- Sends all QC Inspection Reports daily to merchandisers and QC Managers.

Other QC Reports

- Responsible for the ff. Weekly Reports submitted to HK Office

- Attendance Report for all Inspectors

- QC Itinerary

- Production Status

- Outstanding Order Checklist

- Vendor Performance Report

- QC Activity Report

Proper maintenance of QC Records such as Customer Manuals, Forms, etc.

Other functions that may be assigned from time to time such as :

- Trip coordination

- Proper maintenance

- Request for QC requirements like AQL table and others

- Translation of English forms to Chinese

REQUIREMENTS:

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• At least 3 years relevant experience, in which at least 1 years at the same position
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese.
• Good computer-literate
• Customer Service Focus
• Problem Solving Capability
