Responsibilities:

1. Assist to complete the recruitment work, including: recruitment plan formulation, implementation, recruitment channel management and development, recruitment data analysis;

2. Assist to complete the promotion and implementation of training projects, including: participating in the formulation of training plan, implementation of training plan, training data collection and analysis, feedback training effect;

3. Handle staff transfer and other procedures, including labor contract management and file management;

4. Participate in HR information construction, HR system management and maintenance, ensure the accuracy and integrity of system data;

5. Pay social security, accumulation fund and personal income tax, and handle residence permit and work visa for foreigners;

6. Plan employee activities, enrich employee life, improve employee satisfaction and engagement, and establish a harmonious relationship between employees and the company;

7. Participate in the company's policy update, be able to regularly update and maintain the company's policies according to national policies and business needs.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource, Psychology and Law is preferred;

2. About 3 years HR experience, Internet industry, recruitment or employee relations background is preferred;

3. Understand the national and regional laws and regulations and practical application;

4. Strong learning ability, initiative, well organized, good sense of time and teamwork, excellent communication skills and pressure resistance, a certain writing skills is better;

5. Love human resource work and have own understanding and ideas, English can be used as working language.

岗位职责：

职位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，人力资源、心理学和法律相关专业优先；

2、3年左右HR从业经验，有互联网行业、招聘或员工关系工作背景优先；

3、了解国家和地区相关法律法规及实际应用；

4、学习能力较强，工作积极主动，条理性强，有较好的时间意识和团队合作意识，优秀的沟通能力和抗压性，有一定文字功底者更佳；

5、热爱人力资源工作并有自己的理解和想法，英语能作为工作语言。
