岗位职责:

Responsibilities:
? Build and lead the accounting operating team of BJU II by providing effective accounting , treasury, taxation ,and financial operational support
? Develop E1 support function on healthcare service level, with the focus on the customized reports in response to the business needs
? Review all tax reports and returns related to BJU II
? Implement and maintain corporate provided standard financial processes and reporting
? Produce Local book financial reports and management accounting reports for BJUII in the established corporate timeframes
? Ensure the integrity of financial data and delivery of accuracy and timely financial results
? Liaison with various local authorities in the jurisdiction such as tax, bank , FX, and etc.
? Insure that payroll is process timely and in compliance with local and national tax regulations
? Plan and monitor BJUII cash flow forecast and financing plans ,work with company treasury to ensure the adequate cash for business needs
? Take support to market CROO in the budgetary and planning process and ensure the business forecast are built from reliable actual in conjunction with future estimated opportunities and risks
? Supervise the local audit activities and participate in the quarterly business review to ensure the business are managed properly and any commercial risks are identified and managed
? Promote the awareness and compliance of business/financial internal control in company
? Set the Tasks &Targets, assess capabilities ,identify training needs and appraise the performance for individual finance staff

任职资格:

Qualifications:
? Bachelors degree plus 3+ years’ working experience in accounting
? Must be adept in all forms of communication
? Experience in E1 system preferred
