岗位职责:

Responsibilities:
? Management(cashier supervisor work)
o Establish a clear and workable cashier team structure
o Lead regular performance evaluations for staff
o Manage team headcount, budget and expenses
o Work with other departments to provide seamless services to patients
o Provide support to Patient Access Supervisor
o Information updates and refreshing for team improvement on weekly or monthly basis or when necessary.
o Complicated patient case coordinating and following up
o Oversees credit note process, bill correcting and payment adjustment
o Work with Accounting Department on regular revenue check, cash counting and bank summary matching.
o Refund process for patients
o Provide payment and revenue report for related partners
o Pending claims follow up and send reminding
o Gift card issuing and gift card revenue report.
o AR variance checking.
o Handle inpatient cases.
o Cashier workflow monitor and improvement
o Pre-cert workflow managing
o Patients’ invoice filing.(账单储存)
o Assignment from department head or clinic managers
? Training
o Provide clear career development opportunities for staff
o Train an onboard team members
? Provide support to the Chief Revenue Operations Officer as needed

任职资格:

Qualifications:
? Associate college degree required
? Working experience in healthcare industry (preferably hospital/clinic operations)
? Working experience in front and back office operations
? UFH working experience preferred
