岗位职责:

Responsibilities:
? Perform agent functions of Referral Center handle incoming calls with professional telephone etiquettes; follow scripts when required and applicable.
? As hospital representative for coordinating patient referral with external agencies and medical facilities;
? Answer inquiries based on knowledge base information and in line with hospital policies.
? Update service scope, detail physician background and other knowledge data base
? Provide centralized service function for insurance company, international companies and schools or other referral organization, key person that familiar with referral procedure and reachable during off-duty time and weekends
? Collect appointment change, consent form, referral letter, medical report etc and send to related department, trace the details and give referral organization feedback
? Support in problem resolving and take lead in resolving difficult cases/situations

任职资格:

Qualifications:
? College degree or equivalent degree preferred
? 5 years’ clinic reception experience, or equivalent customer service experience in international hospital settings, call center or service industry

Knowledge and Skills:
? Competence in English and Chinese
? Good telephone etiquette, strong communication and customer service skill
? Ability to work in a fast pace environment on multiple tasks
? Good computer skills, familiar with HIS operation will be preferable
? Good problem solving skills, equip teamwork spirit, able to organize and prioritize
? Good managerial skill with leadership potential
? Well know of healthcare business and knowledge of outpatient clinic operation
