岗位职责：

1）负责WMS、ERP等业务系统基础数据维护；需求收集。需求反馈跟踪；

2）负责业务系统设置及测试工作，数据维护，计费、渠道、API对接等配置；

3）负责培训销售与客服，收集客户关于系统优化的反馈，参与解决方案的优化；

4）负责业务系统运营数据的统计分析；

5）与海外同事邮件沟通，获取关键信息录入系统，测试系统业务；

任职要求：

1、 本科以上学历，电子商务、信息管理与信息系统、物流管理相关专业相关专业；

2、 逻辑思维严密，有一定的数学基础，有文档编写能力；

3、 熟悉Excel，有SQL基础、软件测试经验或电商行业从业经验的优先考虑；

4、 积极主动，有上进心，有强烈的学习欲望，有良好的学习习惯、执行能力和沟通能力；

5、熟悉跨境电商，接触过WMS仓储物流等相关系统，理解海外仓业务逻辑优先

6、英语4级以上，具备良好的表达、沟通和协调能力，分析与解决问题的能力；
