岗位职责:

Responsibilities:
? Devise and execute a digital sales strategy that covers all UFH business units, locations and sales channels.
? Provide training, support and leadership to all nationwide designated digital sales team members to ensure all revenue targets are met.
? Perform research and identify new potential digital sales channels.
? Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
? Provide management with monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
? Establish productive and professional relationships with key internal stakeholders such as general managers, heads of sales, marketing managers, medical department chairs.

任职资格:

Knowledge and Experience:
1. Strong digital experience and commercial understanding
2. At least 5 years experience in B2C and/or B2B digital sales channels
3. Knowledge of digital sales platforms coupled with the ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
4. Strong communication and team management skills
5. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
6. Availability to travel as needed
7. BSc degree in Information Technology preferred.
8. Mandarin Speaker (native) with good English language skills
