职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
1、Prepare monthly financial packages timely and accurately, insuring the most relevant data is provided in an easy to read format.
2、Manage the accounting personnel.
3、Reviewing and analyzing financials monthly to ensure that negative trends are caught early and communication is provided to relevant team members.
4、Ensure compliance with the worldwide accounting manual.
5、Takes responsibility for the statutory tax filing, reporting and provisions in the Asia region.
6、Manage the internal transfer pricing model within China
7、Ensure governmental compliance of company.
8、Initiate analysis of the manufacturing operations, sales and marketing performances and other business activities to provide the leadership team with meaningful information for decision making purposes.
9、Initiate projects to develop and refine business processes and reports to cater to changing business needs.
10、Ensure compliance with all internal control requirements, test quarterly and perform annual peer review.
11、Supervise requirements for all internal and external audits.
12、Prepare financial forecasts at least monthly and as required.
13、Manage the annual budget process.
14、Monitor and report on cash flow and sales.
15、Provide analysis for potential issues/trends occurring.
16、Provide state-of-art financial services function using advanced techniques and technologies.
17、Develop financial models to evaluate potential capital investments.
18、Provide strategic direction for growth of the company including participating in the evaluation of financing methods to fund the growth.
19、Coordinate and prioritize finance projects and assume responsibility for their success.
20、Develop strong cooperative relationships with key customers, vendors and auditors to strengthen the credibility of KAC.
21、Motivate and develop staff within the Finance Department, and provide incentive through the active use of the company career development structure.
22、And any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
1、An accounting degree, C.P.A. preferred or MBA.
2、At least 10 years of experience in the accounting and finance arena, including at least 2 years in public accounting and 5 years in manufacturing.
3、A high energy business strategist with a commercialization focus, who is able to provide leadership, set priorities, delegate responsibilities, and meets timetables leading to the attainment of goals.
4、An in-depth understanding of accounting, finance and information services.
5、An ability to see the big-picture and how finance can impact the overall growth of the business.
6、Experience as an effective manager, project team player, leader and motivator; and the ability to present ideas effectively and communicate well with all levels of management within a team environment on a variety of programs and projects.
7、Demonstrated project management skills, including forecasting skills, project planning and the development of project timelines.
8、The demonstrated ability to manage people in both formal line management and fluid matrix environments and across formal and informal business lines both domestically and internationally.
9、Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
10、An understanding of- and experience with- process improvement to affect increased efficiencies in all aspects of the global agricultural business for both finance and company infrastructures.
11、Experience in dealing with challenging problems, developing strategies,prioritizing and implementing appropriate programs.
12、A high degree of personal motivation, a desire to make an immediate contribution and a distinct sense of urgency.
13、Highly mobile individual who is open to international opportuniities whenever it arises.
