职责:

1、负责公司微xin公众号、小红书、抖音等平台的活动策划、内容审核及编辑;

2、结合店铺、类目运营，做好粉丝维护及良性增长;

3、结合产品运营，创作新品噱头，做好新品宣传;

4、制定部门目标落实到人，带领团队完成目标;

5、熟悉了解平台规则及动态，及时作出方向决策;

6、制定完善的人才培养方案，完成领导安排的各项任务。

任职要求:

1、大专及以上学历，新闻、广告学、传媒、市场营销等相关专业优先;

2、3年以上相关工作经验，条件优秀者可以放宽相关要求;

3、了解新媒体产品和新媒体运营手法，熟知新媒体推广渠道;

4、有突出的新媒体运营项目经验者优先，了解服装行业优先考虑;

5、有深厚的文字功底，具备一定的新闻敏感性;

6、工作责任心强，耐心细致，执行力和沟通力强，有良好的学习能力和团队合作。
