1.3年以上大型服装企业、品牌连锁工作经历，具备品牌营销店铺管理及推广经验；

2.负责监督商品的要货、上货、补货，做好进货验收、商品陈列、商品质量和服务质量管理等有关作业。

3.负责执行总部下达的商品价格变动。

4.负责执行总部下达的销售计划、促销计划和促销活动。

5.掌握门店的销售动态，向总部建议新商品的引进和滞销品的淘汰。

6.掌握门店各种设备的维护保养知识。

7.负责监督和审查门店会计、收银和报表制作、帐务处理等工作。

8.负责监督和检查理货员、服务员及其他人员作业。

9.负责对职工考勤、仪容，仪表和服务规范执行情况的管理。

10.妥善处理顾客投诉和服务工作中所发生的各种矛盾。

11.监督门店内外的清洁卫生，负责保卫、防火等作业管理。

12.监督门店商品损耗管理，把握商品损耗尺度。

13.工资：底薪+提成

任职要求：

1.具有高中及以上学历。

2.3年以上门店工作经验。

3.接受过市场营销、店面管理技能。

4.对市场营销工作有较深刻认知，有良好的市场判断能力和开拓能力;有极强的组织管理能力;熟练操作办公软件。

5.正直、坦诚、成熟、豁达、自信;高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神，较强的观察力和应变能力。
