• Lead security strategy development in warehouse and office based on corporate development and clients’ requirements
• Supervise and support EHS & security issues, both locally and overseas
• Supervise security officer and security guard service
• Provide coaching and training to the security team 
• Respond to security cases and handle discipline, complaint, emergency and ad-hoc matters
• Advise appropriate measures for crisis management and prepare contingency plan for critical incidents
• Conduct investigation to incidents, complains and illegal cases.
• Conduct internal security inspection and audit
• Offer consultation for the organization on security evaluation and security trend analysis
• Develop and implement security system in warehouse based on TAPA-FSR requirements
• Formulate appropriate security measures to meet the security requirements of the company
• Implement security plan and visitor related regulatory policies
• Represent the company in discussion with external parties or clients regarding security matters
• Maintain and collaborate with business partners and all stakeholders
• Familiar security technology such as CCTV system, access control syste, burglar system and GPS on vehicle

Requirements:

• Academic
• A recognized degree in Facility Management, Security Management, Property Management or a related discipline in security profession

• Experience and Knowledge
• 6+ years of relevant experience for Security Manager
• Applicant with 10+ years of relevant experience can apply for Senior Security Manager
• Member of CPP or PSP is an advantage
• Experience in dealing with law enforcement agencies and other government departments
• Familiar TAPA-FSR and TSR requirements or C-TPAT
• Good working knowledge of modern security technology and operations

• Command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin considered as an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems
• High standard of personal integrity and reliability
