1、10年以上营销工作经验，5年以上团队管理经验，熟悉外销和内销营运模式。，熟悉外贸业务流程，熟悉RFID产品，同行业有客户资源优先录用。

2、带领团队完成公司销售业绩，策略和制定计划，组织协调项目资源；

3、沟通表达商务谈判能力优秀，有较强的事业心;有较强的团队建设及协调管理能力；

4、具备培训，督导外贸业务员的相关经验；

5、善于统计，整理，分析各业务数据；提出营销分析及方案。

岗位职责：

1、负责大客户群客户关系维护、项目运作、商务谈判；

2、 协助总经理制订公司营销战略，根据营销战略制订公司营销组合策略和营销计划，经批准后组织实施；

3. 选用，组建，培养合格的外贸班子，搭建优秀的外贸人才体系。

4. 建立优化营销部门晋升及激励机制，制订培训计划、形成有效的部门运营体系。

5. 定期对市场营销环境、目标、计划、业务活动进行核查分析，及时调整营销策略和计划，制订预防和纠正措施，确保完成营销目标和营销计划；
