岗位职责:

Responsibilities:

Prepare tissue pathology samples based on standard procedures for pathology diagnosis.
基于病理诊断标准程序准备组织病理学样本。
Work on tissue processing, paraffin embedding, slide cutting, routine staining, immunohistochemistry stain, and other routine pathology technique.
负责组织处理、石蜡包埋、切片、常规染色、免疫组织化学染色和其他病理学常规法检验。
Daily equipment maintenance and reagent management.
设备的日常维护和试剂管理。
Cytology slides reading supervised by pathologist
在病理医生监督下观察细胞学切片。
Contact with outside pathology labs for referring samples or tests
为参考样本或检测联系其他病理实验室。

任职资格:

Qualifications:
? Minimum education requirement: laboratory technique
最低学历要求：实验室技术。
? Technologist certificate associated with tissue pathology.
组织病理学相关的技术证书。
? Minimum experience requirement: 3 years working experience in tissue pathology
最低经验要求：3年组织病理学领域工作经验。
? Moderate English level in listening, speaking, reading and writing is preferred.
英语听、说、读、写中等程度着优先
? Efficient technology capability in tissue processing, paraffin embedding, slide cutting, HE and other routine staining.
具备组织处理、石蜡包埋、切成薄片、中兴设备和其他常规染色的高效技术能力。
? Differentiates and resolves technical, instrument causes of problems or unexpected results.
区分和解决技术、仪器造成的问题或意料外的结果。
? Experience in reading cytology slides supervised by pathologist .
在病理医师监督下观察细胞学切片的经验。
? Knowledge of tissue pathology technique.
具备组织病理学技术知识。
? Knowledge of the use and maintenance of pathology equipment.
能够使用和维护病理学设备。
? Understands and enforces safety regulations.
理解并实施安全条例。
? Knowledge of quality control programs.
了解质量控制项目。
? Knowledge of the management of reagents.
具备试剂管理知识。
? Knowledge of cytology tests
