岗位职责:

Responsibilities:
? Support Clinic Departmetns in IMCS daily operation including goods stockout, requisition order placing, patient charge, cycle counting and etc.
? 进行院内物流系统的日常运维，指导医院护士团队进行科室出库、产品请领、病人计费和盘点。

? Assist Manager to solve the IMCS daily operation problem including identify the reason, recording and action follow up.
? 协助经理进行院内物流系统的日常运维，包括查找问题的原因, 记录并进行后续的跟进。

? Compare the Invetnory between IMCS and other systems and do Inv. transaction accordingly
? 比较院内物流系统和其它库存系统之间的库存数量并进行调整。

? Hospital Medical Consumable Supply Chain System weekly log summary and analysis
? 通过医院内部物流系统问题的日常记录，总结和分析，完成周报告。

? Clinic requisition and consumption analysis and provide proposal for Hospital Sub-store replenished item, Max. and Min setting and adjusting.
? 对医院各科室的耗材请领需求进行定期分析，通过调整科室库存的相关设置，优化科室的库存。

任职资格:

Qualifications:
? Bachelor's Degree, supply chain or information management subject education and working experience prefer.
? 大学本科及以上学历，物流管理专业优先考虑。

? Knowledge of supply chain management. Project management experience prefer.
? 具有供应链相关知识。有项目管理经验的优先考虑。

? Excellent communication and cooperation skill
? 良好的沟通和协调能力。

? Good computer knowledge in ERP system (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft (Excel, Word and PPT)
? 有2-3年的ERP使用经验者优先考虑，如SAP, Oracle或其它ERP系统。熟练应用Excel, Word 和PPT等软件。

? Medical knowledge prefer
? 中英文流利
