岗位职责:

Responsibilities:
1. Office supply, housekeeping and furniture supply purchasing for GZU.
2. Requisition form and Purchase Order setup in the system
3. Ensure all the general supply purchasing followed UFH policy.
4. Manage the vendor’s evaluation.
5. To meet each department requirements, weekly payment projection
6. Work to focus on purchasing effort towards cost effective solutions.
7. E1 implementation 8. All the other works assigned by department head

任职资格:

Qualifications:

1. Over 2 years relevant working experience in purchasing, prefer industry is hospital, medical, healthcare
2. Willing to work under pressure
3. Proficient in Office software use
4. Basic English skill both verbally and in writing
5. Good communication and coordination skill

Skills:
Good communication internally and cross-department
Strong learning ability
Strong responsibility

Knowledge:
Supply chain, purchasing or logistics.
Basic English skill
Office software use (Word, Excel, PPT)
