岗位职责:

Responsibilities:
? Help coordinate the work of various departments, and overall guest service in PPR.
? Assist PPR Sales all sales activities.
? Mastering rooms reservation, occupancy status, and ensure to provide accurate information of rooms can be booked at any time.
? Responsible for signing guests communicate, understand the dynamics of guests in a timely manner, and provide appropriate advice.
? Actively engage with the customer, satisfy customer needs, regular visits to check in customers and customer satisfaction surveys.
? Responsible for handling of customer complaints, customer comments and suggestions, and related departments to establish good communication with the customer.
? Manage customers several days before the due date and contact, upon confirmation of delivery, contact mother-nurse supervisor, delivery of maternal and child nursing to the hospital.
? Make sure the guest rooms at the time, promptly inform the heads of departments, coordinated implementation of the various departments and prepared for the preparatory work.
? Organize month's full moon party, growth records, and so on.
? Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

任职资格:

Qualifications:
? At least 2 years of direct yuezi center experience, with proven track record
? Good knowledge of medical terminology and yuezi services
? Experience in building successful partnerships with other medical and non-medical institutions, including those related to birth and post-birth services
? Fluent in Chinese; some English language skills preferred
