You will take the full responsibility on the daily operation of brand flagship store in Tmall platform (Tmall supermarket is a plus). You manage the daily store operation and design the promotion and perfect execution to meet business targets and make maximum profit. As well, you take the full responsibility to ensure the flagship store performance & topline/profit objectives achievement.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责

Drive the efficiency of flagship store operation

- Develop annual sales plan with key building blocks (key products, sales periods, etc.) and initiate yearly activity for profitable sales.

- Responsible for monthly planning to drive store operation efficiencies by UV, conversion, campaign/always-on design.

- Lead & responsible for big campaign planning & execution, such like D11, D12, 6.18, etc., and cooperate deeply with Digital MKT to enhance brand presence and deliver business target.

- Closely monitor the routine execution accuracy.

- Communicate closely with Alibaba category partners to make sure the brand walking in the forefront and get benefit from platform resources.

- Coop with consumer care team to develop best-in-class consumer experience solutions and highly engage with on-line shopper and drive conversion

- Be responsible for trade spending management. Balance and control investment with annual plan, to make maximum profit.

Operation management:

- Provide & manage forecast, sales; manage and monitor online campaigns execution.

- Prepare and present flagship store business reviews, report on variances to the budget and reasons for variance. - Take responsibility on AR collection, cash flow management, and partner with finance team.

- Manage & monitor TPs/eTailers/marketplace inventory.

- Monitors and analyzes the overall health of the flagship store operation, as well as performance of program KPIs

Key Performance Area(including KPI) 关键绩效(包括KPI)

• Flagship store sales revenue achievement: sell-out/GMV

• Finance KPIs: AR collection & AR management

• Flagship store operation KPIs: traffic, conversion, GMV, UV etc.

• Key initiatives execution & compliance, new product launch KPIs

• Sales operation KPIs: forecast accuracy, stock & inventory day / OOS

Requirement 任职要求

Qualification

• Results-driven

• Able to overcome objectives with creative thinking.

• Self-motivated with enthusiasm and prioritization.

• Good people management skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Presentable and positive working attitude, multi-task and detail-oriented.

• Strong business background with eCommerce business operation experience.

• Breadth of experience across Ecommerce /Trade / Channel Marketing an advantage.

  Education & Experience:

• Bachelor degree or above. Master is preferred.

• Strong eCommerce background (at least 2 years) in Tmall is necessary, Tmall supermarket is a plus. Consumer goods industry is preferred.

• 2 years Retailer management or Key Account Management related working is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.

• Experience in Commercial Planning & Project Management skill.

• Fluent in English is preferred.
