Context/Scope:

Provide data analytics and insights to CRM manager leveraging a variety of internal and external data sets, and to better support business decision and performance

Top 3-5 Accountabilities:

• Based on CRM business requirements and strategy to build up clear data structure and analytical models of all CRM related data
• Assist CRM manager and Data Insight manager to study spirit industry consumer insight and trend, providing solid supports for CRM business opportunities development.
• Provide monthly tracking and analysis of consumer (esp. member) performance by CRM key tracking dimensions, with clear conclusions and learnings for further tactics optimization.
• Provide CRM campaign mid-term and final review reports covering all the CRM Omni-channel activations and communications, sharing timely performance tracking with structural metrics and fair benchmark.
• Analyse consumer data and consumer lifetime value, assist on segmentation development, data enrichment as well as life cycle communication model review and optimization.
• Work closely with internal and external partners to build up a big data system (including online and offline behavior for various analysis and application to support OMNI channel strategy

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Strong analytical skills with clear logical and strategic thinking to find out deeper consumer/customer insights and to present findings in a structured way for inspiration
• Passionate to dig out WHY WHY WHY. Not easily satisfied with shallow findings
• 3+ years experience in data analysis, report generation
• Good level of IS industry understanding including products, competitors, consumers/customers and trade dynamics is a plus
• CRM operation and marketing experience is a plus
• Spirits drinker or living a related lifestyle is a plus
• A good team player to partner with different stakeholders when leading or supporting projects
