电子部分: 主导生产流程的设定和简化，主导电子料、电性能、生产数据系统类问题的预防、跟进与解决；

1、主导生产测试流程的制定与优化；

2、测试方案的制定与推进实现；

3、电性能问题的识别与推进，对制造成熟度/直通率、误测率负责；

4、对生产测试系统的管控逻辑和实现负责；

5、对生产数据风险的识别与管控负责；

6、负责电子料问题点的识别与改善推进；

7、与IT配合进行MES系统测试方案的维护。

结构部分：主导结构料问题、组装互配问题、机头类机械性能加工（如镭雕）的预防、跟进与解决

1、项目结构设计问题的识别与推进，对可组装性负责；

2、主导装配/机械类工艺的研究与导入；

3、推进结构类问题点的解决；

4、主导拆解工艺研究与导入；

5、复制模互配与问题推进；

6、产线结构工艺需求（设备、治工具等）的推进；

7、研发SOP制作与维护；

8、夹具技术要求沟通并督查导入；

任职要求：

大专及以上学历，电子、机械等相关专业；

优先手机终端制造工作经验；

1、熟悉各种产品的制造工艺流程；

2、熟悉产品研发流程；

3、熟悉结构、手机维修等知识； 

4、会使用部分结构设计相关软件。
