岗位职责：

    

1. 利用HTML/CSS/JavaScript等Web技术进行产品的开发
2. 配合后台开发人员实现产品功能，独立完成Web前端开发任务
3. 能够理解后端架构，与后端工程师配合，为项目提供最优化的技术解决方案
4. 能够理解基础需求和UI设计并进行分析，设计出符合用户使用习惯的前端操作界面，优化前端用户操作体验

    

任职要求：

    

1. 熟练掌握HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript
2. 将UI设计转化为符合W3C规范的静态页面
3. 熟悉ajax/xml/json等网络通信技术和数据交换格式
4. 对 MVC/MVMM 有一定的理解，熟悉less或sass等预处理语言
5. 熟悉面向对象开发概念，具有自我驱动学习和掌握新技术的能力
6. 沟通流畅，表达清晰，具有较强的责任心，能够承担工作压力；具有良好的协调能力和团队合作精神和较强的执行能力
