Primary Purpose of Position:

1. Create a new business opportunity for current supplier matrix

2. Align with retail end about strategy of sellers product selection/promotional events

3. Support the long term strategic direction for business & ensure trade benefits are captured 

4. Talent development. 

5. Departmental input on global strategy 

6. Data analysis and compilation of reports.

Specific Duties and Accountabilities of the Job:

1. Support the supplier/seller matrix for the region.

2. Measure supplier/seller performance, capability and capacity. Keep information up to date, meeting with them on a regular basis to address concerns 

3. Maintain a firm knowledge of trade, political and social issues. 

4. Maintain a close relationship with suppliers/ sellers, communicating changes in policy or process in a timely manner. 

Global Job Description Accountabilities of this position.

1. Identify, qualify, and engage with existing/news sellers for Marketplace while creating a clear value proposition of selling to business customers on online platforms, along with the features and functionality.

2. Meet or exceed quotas, revenue targets, and operational metrics.

3. Analyze the business and conduct deep dive analysis; provide routine executive-level reporting on the Seller’s current business and future opportunities. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data.

4. Assist internal partners to drive change, remove roadblocks, and close business.

5. Advocate on behalf of Sellers and other external stakeholders to influence product roadmap

Qualification:

1. 3-5 years relevant experience in the retail and/or related industries, with a proven track record of managing relationships and / or projects.

2. At least 1 – 2 years seller management experience in e-commerce platforms. 

3. Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)

4. Apparel Industry Experience preferred

5. Able to take charge of time and action plans globally across offices. 

6. Able to manage large amounts of data. Establishes efficient processes in order to make sound decisions. 

7. Able to work under pressure, Takes ownership, Manages multiple projects well. 

8. Fluent in English and local language
