Essential Function 1: Application development part 1. Hands on resin polymerization and related application test based on national standard. 2. Establish application know how including mainly emulsion polymerization, coating, colorants and adhesive, etc. 3. Define suitable prototypes or products by lab evaluation results. 4 Summarize experiment data and report to technical manager.

Essential Function 2: TSR part 1. Follow up the technical service project to meet internal /external customer requirement and expectations 2 Define products or application development needed for TSR 3 Summarize experiment data and draft TSR report to technical manager and sales. Essential Function 3: Plant support part 1. Support new product registrate process (including CPAR, Spec., SOP setting up in system) 2. Support plant on handling customer complaints&out of spec products / suitable qualification 3.
