Key Accountabilities:

1.Develop and implement external and internal corporate communications strategies and programmes for organisational alignment.

2.Implement the corporate visual identity guidelines for all marketing and communications activities and projects across the operations in South China to ensure brand alignment and consistency

3.Create and update corporate collaterals including presentations, brochures, case studies, white papers, newsletters and digital marketing campaigns.

4.Develop and implement sustainable digital marketing initiatives for South China. Working together with the China marketing teams, develop and manage the content and regular updates of the China website, SEO and social media platforms, including WeChat, Weibo, LinkedIn and podcasts.

5.Support client engagement initiatives in South China through integrated marketing and communications plans for market reports, research material, client events and marketing campaigns.

6.Support client feedback survey and promote client satisfaction rate across the offices in South China.

7.Responsible for the development and implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and ensure active participation from local staff.

8.Responsible for the application and promotion of industry awards to enhance brand image and exposure through industry awards.

9.Effectively source, manage and supervise external vendors and agencies as required.

10.Carry out any other assignments as directed by the Head of Marketing & Communications.

Requirements & Qualifications:

1.University degree in communications/journalism/public relations/marketing or related discipline with 5 – 10 years of experience working in marketing and communications with a B2B brand (preferably in property) with a proven track record designing and executing corporate communications and marketing campaigns in China.

2.TEM8 test for English major. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese. Oversea education background or working experiences would be a plus.

3.Established skills and knowledge in digital marketing.

4.Proven track record in delivering results with core competencies as a communicator and markets covering brand, digital marketing, print production, advertisement.

5.Client-focused and result-driven, demonstrating ability to provide quality service and advice within the marketing and communications field

6.Sound decision making capabilities, demonstrating an ability to create persuasive and compelling recommendations and to lead projects.

7.Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organisation with excellent presentation skills

8.Highly organised, with strong attention to details and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

9.Committed, highly flexible, and willing to learn and take up new responsibilities.

10.Proactive, independent, self-motivated and creative.

11.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

12.Proficient user of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and refined knowledge of computer tools.
