一、岗位职责：

1、负责公司阿里巴巴国际站整体运营管理。

2、熟悉阿里巴巴排名交易规则和优化，发布更新产品；负责阿里巴巴店铺的关键字策略，阿里工具，阿里站内广告资源,活用阿里论坛；

3、每周监控并提供运营数据，分析每日商品、顾客及营销数据等运营情况，统计数据，发掘内在问题，有针对性地提出解决办法；

4、负责公司网站的链接、广告官网的运营和推广工作。

5、利用站外资源，包括google、facebook、twitter、国外主流搜索引擎、B2B平台等，获取额外客户流量；

任职资格：

1. 2年以上阿里巴巴推广工作经验，熟悉各种线上活动的推广手段，对各种网络推广方式较为了解，并具备实际操作经验，

2. 熟悉阿里巴巴关键字策略、熟悉阿里巴巴的搜索排名和优化；

3. 熟悉阿里运营环境、阿里交易规则、阿里推广，阿里站内广告资源；

4. 熟悉阿里基本的后台操作流程,懂得阿里各种活动的推广及要求；

5. 熟悉搜索引擎优化的原理和策略，并有丰富的实际操作经验；

6. 熟悉各大搜索引擎的搜索排名技术，有过成功网站优化经验；

7. 具备网站SEO经验，娴熟各类搜索引擎的推广与优化；

8. 熟练PS，能进行视频拍摄和制作；

9. 英语四级以上。
