岗位职责:

1）负责接听前台电话，来电咨询，并将重要信息及时传达给相关人员；

2）来访客户的接待、咨询及引见；

3）负责海运提单登记管理和发票管理并寄给国外代理；

4）固定资产登记管理、办公用品采购管理；

5）负责简历筛选和面试邀约；入职、离职、员工活动等员工关系管理；

6）完成上级领导交代的其他任务。



任职资格:

1）大专以上学历，具备基础的英语读写能力；

2）性格大方开朗，做事认真细心，具有良好的耐心和责任心。

3）熟练使用各类办公软件及办公自动化；WORD,EXCEL熟练；
