Responsibilities:

?    Promoting and educating consistent use through customer base of central HR tools/solutions and one point of entry to specialist HR support

?    Provide coaching to leaders and sponsors in the execution of core people process to accomplish business goals and build self-sufficiency

?    Delivering HR coaching and guidance in one or more Subject Matter Expert areas such as team development, performance management and change management depending on business needs

?    Engaging with the business and Enterprise HR teams, such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Total Rewards to support regional projects and needs

?    Understanding and applying Gore HR practices and processes to ensure consistency where appropriate

?    Supporting local and regional focused teams and team leaders

?    Facilitating programs and workshops development planning and delivery 

?    Facilitating conflict resolution as appropriate

?    Taking on different Subject Matter Expert commitments as needed

Required Qualifications:

?    University Degree or above (focus on Business Administration, HR or related field)

?    8 years or more broad human resources functions experience; shared services, MNC and manufacturing business experience will be a plus

?    Demonstrated ability to handle projects globally and regionally and able to balance both views

?    Strong communication and coaching skills

?    Strong project management, presentation and facilitation skills

?    Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with associates, teams and leaders cross functions and divisions

?    Demonstrated experience working in a global team environment

?    Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trust relationships with various teams

?    Excellent command of oral and written English
