Principle Job Detailed Description:
Develop and grow distribution channels in assigned regions
Prospect high-quality sales leads, promote company image and brand awareness in the “corporate gift” market
Develop and execute strategic alliance programs with corporate customers including network carriers, airlines, banks and credit card centres
Develop and manage sales accounts plans
Assist the preparations for major tenders and contract negotiation
Work with internal departments on sales follow-up, order delivery and customer payment
Adhere to the Company’s policies on product pricing, customer payment, business operating and finance policies
Prepare sales reports and analysis, attend business review meetings as required by the Company
Requirements:
Degree holder or above
Minimum 7 years' sales & business development experience
Proven track records and demonstrated ability to create new sales channels and distribution management
Excellent presentation & communication skills
Pro-active, dynamic, energetic, patience, and result-oriented
Willing to travel
Good communications skills in English, both spoken and written
