职位描述
岗位职责(responsibilities):
1. 定期拜访客户,维系稳定客户关系。回复e-mail、电话等,例如确认客户需求、交货期和帐款事宜。
2. 协助开发潜在客户,拓展市场,业务接洽(如: 电访、拜访),产品报价及产品展示等。
3. 支持国内外商展,参与企划,协调营销活动(如:展览、广告、会议)。
4. 定期提供业务销售状况报表,以供主管参考。
5. 协助处理销售内部事务,并与其他部门联系合作,以实时响应客户需求。
6. 制作各类销售文档,例如: 公司产品简介、报价单、合约、规格书、标案文件、出货文件等等。必要时需要直接到客户端支持。
工作要求(requirements):
1. 本科以上学历,市场营销、工商管理等相关专业优先;理工科专业优先。
2. 二年以上汽车、汽车零部件行业销售经验。
3. 有以下公司产品工作经验或是了解或使用过这些产品者佳:AR-HUD产品,穿戴式AR眼镜,光学产品或混合现实产品。
4. 性格开朗、沟通能力强,能够和客户及供货商维持良好关系、有团队合作精神、能够在业务压力下作业独立完成工作。
5. 英文听说写流利者优先考虑。
6. 能接受出差。
Job Description of Sales Specialist
Responsibilities:
1. Visit customers from time to time to maintain relationships, and reply e-mail, telephone, to clarify customer requirements, delivery timeline and payments..
2. To Assist in the development of prospects and customers, and expand the market segments. Conduct business contacts (phone calls and visit), pricing, and presentation.
3. Support exhibitions, conference, trade shows, and advertisement; and also participate in planning and coordinate marketing activities.
4. Provide sales status reports for the reference by Sales head.
5. Assist on internal operations of sales. Communicate / co-work with other departments to reply customers’ needs in time.
6. Make various sales documents, for example, presentation of company and product introduction, quotation, contract, specifications, tender document, shipment list and… etc. If necessary, you will be required to work onside in customers side.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree and above is MUST, major in business, marketing or related fields is preferred; major in science and engineering is preferred.
2. More than 2 years of work experience in automobile or auto parts.
3. Experience with companies of AR-HUD product, wearable AR-glasses, Optical products and/or XR software and hardware product is a plus.
4. Outgoing and with advanced communication skills; able to keep good relationship with customers, good at team work and can work independently under sales pressure.
5. Good command of English is a plus.
6. Business traveling is required from time to time.
