Position: Senior accountant
Location: Beijing

Job Description:
- Manage the financial affairs of the office, ensure compliance and support/advice to the business groups
- Support petty cash management and employee expense review with iConcur
- Complete tax return on monthly, quarterly and annual basis; provide local statutory report to different authorities (tax, SAFE, Statistic Bureau)
- Maintain a good relationship with different authority and support operations are managed in a way that optimistic tax efficiency.
- Communicate with SAFE and banks for related payment & foreign exchange issues
- Support fixed assets management
- Assist G&A team to improve internal control process in local
- Provide financial support to local business team
- Other work can support Shanghai centralized finance team

Qualification:
- Bachelor degree, major in finance & accounting, at least 5 years working experience, CPA a plus
- Prior experience in multinational companies and CPA firm
- Able to communicate effectively with people of all levels
- Detailed- oriented and able to work independently
- Drive for result in an effective and timely manner
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Strong interpersonal, communications, conceptual and analytical skill
