Job Description

This position ( Logistic Analyst) is located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Audit of freight bills and invoices, work with Finance for timely payment 审核货运单和发票，与财务部门合作及时付款
• Freight data analysis, provide support to global Logistics team 货运数据分析，为全球物流团队提供支持
• Maintain Global Transportation Rates with suppliers 与供应商保持全球运输费率
• Coordinate with Internal Business Partner (Site) and Vendor (Logistics Service Providers) for Logistics operation 与内部业务合作伙伴（站点）和供应商（物流服务提供商）进行协调以进行物流运营
• Prepare and Maintain Logistics Inbound/ Outbound shipping documents准备和维护物流入库/出库运输单据
• Manage and ensure 100% department KPI achievement管理并确保部门KPI达到100％
• Freight forwarder management 货运代理人管理
• Conduct QBR with sites and suppliers for performance review 与现场和供应商进行QBR，以评估绩效
• Business excellent for continuous improvements 出色的业务，不断改进
• Process automation 过程自动化
• To meet or exceed GBS Logistics service levels for various activities达到或超过GBS物流各项活动的服务水平

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• Experience in any or all of the following domains: Logistics management, Supply Chain Management, International Commerce, etc. 具有以下任何或所有领域的经验：物流管理，供应链管理，国际贸易等
• Good analytical skills良好的分析能力
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills强大的领导能力和解决问题的能力
