The BE Assist Manager will be based in Shiyan, Shenzhen.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process.
• Work as a change agent and drive lean and six sigma activities as defined in the GBE A3.
• Applying and deploying Flex Lean Enterprise Principles across the entire organization.
• Responsible for eliminating waste and creating value by reducing variation in the processes to achieve sustainable results throughout the organization and segment

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• Bachelor or above degree, major in Electronic/Industrial Engineering related major;
• 8+ years assembly factory Lean related working experience; home appliance industry is preferred;
• Good English communication skills;
• Good project management ability;

• Lean green belt is a must;
