·         Assist with feasibility analysis on potential future projects.协助分析未来潜在项目的可行性。

·         Maintain understanding of technology trends and directions.保持对技术的发展趋势和方向的理解. 

    

·         IT Infrastructure operations, include warehouse IT equipment, scanner, PDA, PC etc. IT 基础设施运营, 包含仓库内IT设备，扫描枪，PDA，电脑等设备

    

·         Provides level two IT support.提供二级 IT支持。 

    

·         Management of servers, storage, networking, virtualization, mobility and remote access services。管理服务器、存储、网络、虚拟化、移动和远程访问服务, 

    

·         Management of enterprise-wide LAN管理企业级局域网

    

·         Manage infrastructure inventories and life-cycle.管理基础设施的库存和生命周期. 

    

·         Ensure availability and continuity of the infrastructure services in their scope.确保基础设施在服务范围内的可用性和连续性.

    

·         Involved in Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management.参与管理事件、问题、变更和服务请求.

    

·         Provide workarounds and solutions based on Service Level Objectives.根据服务水平目标提供变通方案和解决方案.

    

·         Escalate recurring or impactful issues to line manager.将反复出现的或有效的问题提交给直属领导.

    

·         Contribute to resolution of problem following priorities defined by the line manager.根据直属领导的工作分配依次解决问题。

    

·         Ensure all technical Documentation is produced and kept up-to-date.确保所有技术文档的编制和更新.

Requirement,

    

·         Required university college/ university degree in IT related degree.要求 IT 相关的大学专科或本科学历。

    

·         At least 3 years of IT Operations and/or IT engineering.3 年以上的IT运维，IT工程背景。

    

·         Extensive technical knowledge of IT including 包含但不限于以下 IT 技术知识 

    

1.     - WAN - Performance monitoring, troubleshooting and support.广域网性能监控，故障排除和支持.

    

2.     - LAN – Router, Switch and Firewall related to LAN & WLAN infrastructure. LAN -路由器，交换机和防火墙相关的 LAN 和 WLAN 基础设施.

    

3.     - Virtualization - Managing VMWare environments.虚拟化——管理 VMWare 环境

    

4.     - Backup & DR - Physical and Virtual infrastructure & systems.备份和 DR -物理和虚拟基础设施和系统.

    

5.     - Windows Server OS (2008, 2012, 2016) & Active Directory.

    

6.     - Storage Management solutions.存储管理解决方案。

    

7.     - Mobility solutions.移动解决方案。

    

8.     - Knowledge of Disaster Recovery strategies for systems deployed on multiple platforms.了解部署在多个平台上的系统问题恢复策略。

    

9.     - ITIL foundations.

    

- Strong troubleshooting methodology and experience in an operational environment.有丰富故障诊断方法和操作环境的经验。

    

- Good communications skills both in English and Mandarin 良好的中英文读写能力.
