工作职责:

1.有手机行业结构件开发经验，熟悉复合板，塑胶喷涂及五金等表处工艺技术。

2.熟悉产品开发流程，能够独立主导项目结构工艺评估，开发，运作，协调及交付经验。

3.负责新产品导入及改善，确保产品顺利导入、批量生产及满足交付。

4.协助ID颜色调色，确保产品满足ID设计理念及客户需求。

5.能够分析及改善单体及整机的测试问题，持续跟踪及按项目节点关闭问题。

6.前期量产爬坡主导处理交付瓶颈问题，协助解决供应商良率TOP问题点，满足交付。

任职资格:

1.本科及以上学历，通信、电子信息类、物理或机械相关专业。

2.有快速学习能力与创新能力。

3.有结构件工作背景，具体结构思维能力，思维开阔。

4.工作有主动有责任心，踏实，勤奋，有上进心，有激情，敢于担当。

5.具有很强的责任感和良好的团队合作精神，达成结果意识强。

闻泰科技旗下的安世半导体是全球知名的半导体IDM公司，是原飞利浦半导体标准产品事业部，有60多年半导体研发和制造经验，总部位于荷兰奈梅亨，晶圆制造工厂在德国汉堡和英国曼彻斯特，封装测试工厂位于中国东莞、菲律宾卡布尧和马拉西亚芙蓉。客户超过2.5万个，产品种类超过1.5万种，每年新增700多种新产品，全部为车规级产品。安世半导体年产能超过1000亿颗，在与欧美半导体巨头的竞争中，安世在各个细分领域均处于全球领先。
