What You Will Do

• Responsible to manage the NPI process and tools team in PMO through deeply communication with cross functional teams.
• Develop applicable service programs, process and database to centralize PMO activities.
• Review and optimized existing process.
• Work with PM,Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance teams to manage program cost,GR,POR…
• Maintain PMIS(project management information system) system and develop reports/layouts for business demands.
• PMIS training to PMs or cross-functional teams.
• People manager and coach for a small and high efficiency team;
• Support PMO daily operation

Assure compliance to Process, Procedures, and use of Tools and Methods including escalation. Track & manage project expenses (resources, NRE,  tooling, etc.) within the approved budget . Manage issues and risks facilitating  quickly resolution to assure project keeps on-track. Identify risks and potential issues setting mitigations and action plans. Set project team rules, escalation path and communication matrix. Manage conflicts and priorities to achieve project and business goals. Assure successful ramp-up and adequate market launch support. Gate Keeper of Changes, evaluating impact to project deliverables with the change requester.   Governance: Set and chair weekly Project Team meetings to track function’s project activities progress and deliverables Report and communicate project status weekly in the WSR meeting escalating risks, issues, and required support of functional Leaders. Hold regular meetings with ODM and 2nd tier suppliers (as required) to assure adequate communication of and track of project deliverables and commitments to meet targets. Chair Gate meetings according to project schedule and procedures. Participate on PMO department meetings contributing on sharing learning and initiatives.                 

What You Need

    

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent technical degree desirable.
• 5-7 years of previous project management experience in the mid to high volume consumer products industry.
• Requires PC skills using programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Project and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience using automated 'Gantt type' scheduling tools.
• Previous project budgeting and resources loading knowledge/experience.
• Must be able to multi-task and have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, management and decision making skills.
• Experience in PHP/Javascript/CSharp/Python is preferred.
• Must speak fluent English.
