工作地点：深圳市南山区蛇口东角头，地铁二号线可达 （公司具备资质协助本科学历的员工申请政府人才房）

岗位职责：

-Design and organize the operation process of operation team

-Lead operations team with high efficiency and high quality work

-Monitor staff working processes, review their performances and hold trainings

-Send monthly reports to the finance department on each month of 25th

-Receive and action inquiry or special requirements from the Customer

-Set up good relationship with customer/carrier/vendors to ensure the smooth operations

-Resolve any shipping related issue when it arises, customer complaints, dispute handling

-Cooperation &communication with relative department for problem solving

-Provide guidance and coaching to the team members

-Back up other team members where necessary

-Reporting to the superior on special case and further solution proposal

-Perform any special duties/projects as assigned by the superior

岗位要求：

- At least 5 years or above working experience with familiar position 

- Good command of spoken and written in English

- High sense of responsibility and strong bearing capacity

- Well-organized &Strong leadership to lead team

- Good customer service awareness, good planning and teamwork spirit

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, detail-minded and Aggressive

- Skillful computer user
