RESPONSABILITIES:

 

• Regular hiring & termination process
• Coordinate with hiring manager to get HC requisition approval, interviewing candidates and giving suggestions to hiring managers base on testing result analysis, arranging onboarding process to new hires as well as to track probation performance. 

• Confirming contract renew/termination with hiring managers and handling each checkout process including making exit interview with leaving staff and collecting relevant checkout forms etc.

   

• Employee Relationship

• Handling the ER cases like fail to pass probation and dismiss etc, negotiating and communicating with relative staff and answering employees' all kinds of enquiries.

   

• Organization Development

• Follow up company strategy changes, provide HR support to various projects.

   

• Performance Management
• Follow up annual PMP process for all SPRC staff including PMP calabarating and communicating with managers to meet PMP 's final rating guideline within timeline and solving staff's relative problems.

 

• Support Training activity as required.

 

• Work permit and residence visa application for foreign employees.

 

• Adhoc task.

 

  

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

 

• Bachelor Degree or above with major in Human Resources is preferred; 

 

• 8 years' or above working experience in Human Resources function is preferable;

 

• Be familiar with labor laws and good at employee relationships management;

 

• Logic thinking, a good team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills;

 

• Hands-on Microsoft Excel/PPT application knowledge;

 

• Pleasant, self-motivated, open-minded, able to handle multi-tasks and work independently and under pressure;

 

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
