Job Description

The AP Accountant (应付会计)will be based in Shenzhen .

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

1. Communicate with internal site finance/purchase or external companies to solve the finance issues timely.及时与内部财务沟通处理问题；

2. Train the data inputs to be high efficiency in data processing and qualified to accountant position.处理会计数据;

3. Check the transactions in ERP system and reconcile the statement with supplier, ensuring complying with SOX & RCTS requirement and all AP related policy.在ERP系统进行查账与调账, 确保符合SOX和RCTS的要求以及所有AP相关政策;

4. Prepare the weekly/monthly reports and other reports required by immediate supervisors or site finances.按要求准备周度和月度报告;

5. Review and filing the supporting documents/ reports.核对并填写文件和报告;

6. Schedule all the AP tasks regularly and drive to complete on schedule.定期制订任务并按时完成;

7. Ad hoc tasks or projects allocated by team leader, supervisor and management.完成上级临时交代的任务

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

1. bachelor graduation and above, with accounting related major.

本科或以上毕业, 会计相关背景;

2. Strong communication skill in mandarin.

中文沟通能力强;

3. At least 2 years’ accounting experience in international companies.

有两年以上在外企工作的会计相关经验;

4. Be familiar with AP/Expense Claim, have clear concept to VAT and Corporation Income Tax.

熟悉应付以及费用报销，了解增值税和企业所得税;

5. Proficient in office software Excel, Word, Power-point etc.

熟练运用 Excel, Word等办公软件;

6. Proficient in English: Read & Write.

良好的英文读写能力;

7. Experience in handling overall accounting processing is preferred.

有会计处理相关经验者优先;

8. Experience in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Baan is preferred.

有操作ERP系统相关经验者优先（SAP, Oracle或Baan）
