 1 . Daily follow up customer bookings/forecast and alert product gateway for service priority 

 2 . Check space/solution with product gateway team , especially for late uplift shipments 

 3 . Tracking and tracing shipment status, monitor milestones and update customer daily report 

 4 . Updated Customer Logistics system for milestone till POD 

 5 . Damage & Loss case follow up, and claim handling 

 6 . Internal Escalation for service failure 

 7 . Performance review with customer in regular basis, and weekly meeting, MBR, QBR, and YBR 

 8 . Service improvement actions like 8D report 

 9 . BCP plan to customers 

10 . Billing and payment relative supporting Docs like POD, additional cost register /alert customer, and assist for AR handling 

11 . P&L management in daily operations
