Job Description: “We are seeking a Supply Base Manager with a focus on production and supplier management who is smart, curious, and loves the challenge of solving problems that improve people's lives. The products we design and manufacture win awards for our company and provide winning innovative solutions to our clients. You’ll collaborate with a fun, close-knit, and agile team of designers, engineers, to develop and manufacture our original products for our clients.”

    

Daily Routine:

1. Sourcing new suppliers for Metal, Plastic, CNC, Electronic, and packaging parts from different platforms.

2. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers, negotiate price, contract terms, ensure timely delivery

3. Compiling  information( specifications, prices, lead times, etc) in an organized manner for the team's program manager

4. Serve as our primary relationship manager with suppliers;

5. Base project management, track suppliers from order to shipping and quality control for base projects,

6. Reports for purchases, shipping: including cost analyses for the whole project, project plan, production, and shipping plan, orders tracking reports;

7.    Work with QA/QC team and production team on the product qualification.     

Requirements: 

- Supply Chain working experience 1-5years;

(Worked in a factory or related managing factories companies, know supply chain process well)

-English level CET 5-6, writing and speaking should both be smooth;

-Bachelors in a related field

-English reading and writing CET 5-6,

-Basic MS Office skills

- Self-motivated problem-solving attitude, desire to learn and grow
