1.熟悉丝网/垫印机

2.5年以上丝印管理经验，会晒网及调油；

3.能发现生产过程中的疑难问题并寻求解决方法；

4.全面控制.协调丝印部门人员管理及各项生产活动；

5.下达生产计划和任务，安排和控制生产作业进度；

6.跟踪生产情况.产品需求.生产过程.产值目标等，按时完成生产目标；

7.及时对丝印工艺异常做出反应，发现问题及时追踪，并提出合理化建议；

8参与提高生产效率和改善产品质量的行动计划和实施；

9.熟悉油墨基本原理，会调色和油墨常见故障的处理；

10.具备很强的品质管理.流程优化.统筹组织和沟通协调能力；

11、有做过车间记件这方面的管理经验优先。

Qulifications:

丝印车间生产管理工作经验，熟练掌握丝印技术，对丝印油墨特性、机器设备了解，能够很好地处理产品质量问题和设备故障，熟悉制造型工厂7S管理和ISO9000质量体系；

懂英文者优先。
