工作职责 (Responsibilities): 
1、 Responsible for employee claim reimbursement in accordance with company`s policies.
负责依据公司政策处理员工报销。 
2、 Execute the cash and bank payments. Ensure accuracy and timely.
处理现金及银行款项支付，确保付款的准确及时。
3、 Bank vouchers printing and matching.
银行凭证的打印及整理。
4、 Management of bank account and maintain the relationship with bank.
管理公司银行账户，维护与银行的日常关系。
5、 Maintain daily cash and bank report. Ensure the reconciliation with bank statement.
维护现金及银行日报表, 确保与银行账单核对无误。
6、 Preparing for employee cash in advance report by monthly.
维护员工借支月报表。
7、 Cash flow report preparation.
月度资金预算报表的编制。
8、 Bind up accounting vouchers and filing financial documents by monthly.
装订会计凭证，定期归档财务文件。
9、 Deal with department clerk related jobs。
部门文员相关工作的处理。
10、Liaison with SAFE to ensure the proper execution of FX transactions.
与外汇局的联系，确保外汇交易的正常进行。
11、AR reconciliation.
应收款对账。
12、Provide payment related information for annual audit.
提供年度审计所需付款相关资料。
13、Ensure the compliance with company policy and accounting/tax regulations.
遵守企业内部、税务、会计法规的相关规定。
14、Other job assigned by superior.
上级交待的其他工作。

任职要求 (Requirements)：
1、College degree or above and major in accountant related.
大专及以上学历，财务会计相关专业。
2、Above 1 year cashier relative work experience. Good communication skills and team work spirit. 
1年以上出纳相关工作经验，良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，为人正直、保密意识强。
3、Good English skills in reading and writing.
良好的英语读写能力。
