1、规划Amazon平台品线及相关产品的开发方向，能够独立完成产品的选品与开发，推动产品的不断优化；

2、负责产品项目的执行和效果评估以及后续改进工作，对整个产品线进行生命周期管理；

3、负责市场调研，收集行业最新讯息，提炼客户需求，熟悉竞品分析方法；

4、协助供应链完成新供应商开发及供应商管理；

5、协调各方资源，保证产品开发和实施阶段的进度与质量。

职位要求：

1、大专及以上学历，英语CET-4级以上，2年以上产品开发经验，熟悉国内外市场，熟悉跨境电商互联网营销运作模式；

2、熟悉相关产品的技术开发，成本分析，需求分析，竞品分析，产品生命周期管理；

3、具备良好的工作态度与责任心，沟通能力、学习能力和独立工作的能力，具有敬业精神，抗压性强，具有团队合作精神；

4、思维敏捷，逻辑清晰，具备较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力；

3.Factory audits– Conduct Social compliance audit (eg. Child labor, Legal wage, working hours, environment protection, working safety), and Capability, Facility audit or other required audit by the needs of customers.
4.Quality control and inspection– Worked with 3rd party Testing Labs for testing protocols for every new products, all the new products were required to provide the testing report before mass production; assigned QC for inline and final inspection.
5.Problems solving– Strong responsibility and quick response for any problems.
