职位描述

Job summary :
The primary responsibility for this role is supporting and boosting Zound China Sales business. Achieve yearly sales target and grow key account business to be top brand in market. Drive the sell in to key accounts so as to grow the business of the company. Identify and develop new business opportunity which may constitute an important part to the health of the overall business
Responsibilities

1. Drive the sell-in to key accounts 驱动关键客户的销售增长

- Communicate with key accounts to get correct forecast and demand;与关键客户进行沟通,获取正确的销售预测与需求;

- Make sure key accounts receive correct assets and support in time to grow Zound’s business;确保关键客户能及时获得正确的物料和支持,确保Zound业务份额增长

- Use sales skills to reasonably push forward the sell-in to key accounts 合理运用销售技能推进面向关键客户的销售

2. Help with the sell-out of key accounts 帮助关键客户进行终端售出

- Closely monitoring the market change and brand development to give right guidance to key accounts 密切关注市场变化,结合品牌发展规划,给予关键客户恰当指导

- Manage online key retailers daily operation to make sure they can accurately operate with reasonably revenue 管理线上零售商运营,确保运作和里,获得恰当的收入回报

- Work closely with offline distributor to understand their actual needs. Balance the development between online and offline business 与线下分销商通力合作,理解分销商的真实需求。平衡线上与线下业务之间的利益。

3. Identify and develop new business opportunities 识别并开拓新的业务机会

- Identity key business opportunities which may improve strategical roadmap of Zound’s business in China 识别关键业务机会,以改进和完善Zound在华业务版图和布局。

- Develop and enter into key account to drive the overall business in the future 开发和进入关键客户的销售体系,驱动未来全盘业务发展

- Contact and communicate with all kinds of leads collected from trade show and daily operation to find out business opportunites参与贸易展会/行业展会,与意向客户洽谈以开拓新的商机

- Input insights to company decision boards.向公司决策层汇报行业洞察

4. Online retailers and offline distributor support and management 线上零售商及线下分销商支持及管理

- Provide support and guidance to the daily operation of online retailers and offline distributors 为线上零售商及线下分销售提供日常运营支持与指导

- Review and follow up orders fulfilment 审视及跟进订单履行情况。

- Others assign by manager 上司安排的其他事项

Requirement :

- Bachelor holder with commercial education background. 本科及以上学历,商科背景优先

- At least 3 years working experience in China Ecommerce (Tmall, JD and etc). 至少3年中国电商平台从业经验(天猫/京东等)

- At least 2 years offline retailers management experiences. 至少2年线下零售管理经验

- Experiences in consumer electronics will be a plus. 有消费电子经验者为佳

- Business development experiece will be a plus . 有客户开发经验为佳

- Self-driven and reliable; juggle a multitude of tasks some with very short notice. Non-prestigious and humble person who understands that running a fast-growing company. 自我驱动,值得信赖;同时并行处理多项任务的能力;为人谦虚,适应高速成长企业环境

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook; 熟练操作微软办公软件,包括Word, Excel和Outlook等;

- Good written and verbal English communication skills; 书面及口头英语良好
