Process Technician (Alignment)

Main Responsibility:
1. Support process engineer to develop alignment process or design stations for new products, support to execute DOE, validation.

2. Support process engineer to verify 2nd source material for alignment process, request the alignment software modification if need.

3. Support process engineer to verify new automated alignment machine and finish buyoff.

4. Machine/Station and process major trouble shooting, sustain existing NPI products alignment process and production, support new products ramp up.

5. Alignment low yield analysis and assist engineer for process improvement

6. Draft alignment process work instruction and train operators

7. Smoothly transfer process to operation team and production, supporting yield improvement till achieve target

8. Run night shift if need.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma qualification, major in optics, electronics, mechanical, engineering or related 2. 5 years work experience, and at least 3 years alignment process experience, manual or automated. 3. Solid hands-on skills in alignment equipment/rig/machine maintenance, know key alignment related failures.

4. Good spoken and written English, and application of office software 5. Problem solving, good understanding and team work sense

工作职责:

1. 协助工程师开发新产品耦合工艺或耦合设备，设计并执行DOE, validation

2. 协助工程师验证新产品第二供应商物料耦合工艺，提出新耦合程序变更需求

3. 协助工程师做耦合新设备的验证和验收工作

4. 解决设备和工艺中的问题，维护现有新产品生产，支持新产品扩产

5. 收集生产不良数据，协助工程师提高良率

6. 撰写操作文件并培训员工

7. 平稳把新产品转移给工程和生产部门，支持良率达标。

8. 工作需要时要安排晚班。

职位要求:

1. 大专或以上学历, 光学，电子，机械，工程或者相关专业

2. 有5年以上工作经验，有3年以上手动或自动耦合工作经验者为佳

3. 有丰富的耦合仪器，设备，机台维护或开发经验和技能，熟悉耦合相关的主要不良模式

4. 良好的英语听说能力,熟练操作办公室软件

5. 具有团队合作精神及良好的沟通协调能力
