职位要求：

1) 大专以上文化程度；

2) 1年以上相关工作经验；

3) 能熟练运用办公软件，进行基本文案的写作；

4) 英语良好，能用英文处理工作中的邮件和文件；

5) 能吃苦，工作责任感强，工作态度端正，有上进心，良好服务意识；

6) 有较强的沟通表达能力和组织协调能力；

7) 具备良好的服务意识和服务态度，工作主动性强，具有一定的承压能力，能接受假日调休。

Recruitment : Operation & Customer service

Requirement:

At least two years experience in Freight Forwarding Industries

Familiar with China customs formalities process

Familiar with Mircosoft Outlook Excel, Words, PowerPoint

Willing to hard work, overtime and holiday duty

Working hour & Office Location

Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 18:30

Saturday: 08:30 - 15:00

Office: Shenzhen Airport

 

Qualification

High school or above, or equivalent with 3 years experience in logistics industries

Able to process email by English in a Must

Able to communicate by simply Cantonese

Role

Coordinate with Overseas agents(by email in English)

Coordinate with Customer, Airlines, Shipping Lines, Co-loader and Trucker for shipment movement

Coordinate with customs broker to arrange customs clearance of shipment

Meeting with customer, Mainland agent and overseas agent

Salary & Fringe Benefit

Hostel will be provided

Salary will be negotiated, depends on experience, capability and academic
