Manager 3, Program Management Engineering

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position should communicate and cooperate across the function for new project introduction as a window between internal NPI Engineering team with U.S./ India Marketing / POM team. This position should plan, monitor and conduct for new project initiating, planning, data preparation and final execution in SSDS R010 (Retail Fulfillment Center).

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the new product introduction & transition activity between US cross teams (Marketing, Demand Planning) and factory NPI / Manufacturing / Planning etc. teams.

• Drive execution of Design and Production Development schedules, managing BOM integrity through ECO / ECN management, create, coordinate and drive new product build requests, schedule and activity with factory

• Coordinate retail fulfillment activities by managing certain aspects of both low value packaging material and high value readiness at retail fulfillment site

• Lead pilot run activity on both system and physical sample level, and correct / close all issues before the mass production

• Hold regular conference meeting with US team regarding new product (packaging) status, inventory buildup and First Customer Shipment schedule alignment to ensure on time delivery

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and interact with a number of different groups and levels of people, both internally and externally.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED:

• BA or BS degree or applicable experience and a minimum of 6 years of related experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Planning or other applicable Operational fields. Master degree is plus.

• Proven record in a fast moving, dynamic environment, self-motivated and self-directed.

• Work well with people, strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, the ability to coordinate priorities and initiatives and excellent planning and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and limited resource environment.

• Ability to perform quantitative analyses in addition to contribute to ongoing improvements in existing processes and procedures within an ISO 9000 quality system.

• Specific experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel, Project and Agile, preferred to support analyses and clearly communicate ideas.

SKILLS:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills on both technical and non-technical topics.

• Fluency in English

• Strong data analyzing skill and project management skill

• Programing skill is plus

• Work independently
