能带领团队

1、 独立运营Amazon美国站，负责亚马逊账号运营工作，保持店铺的好评率和良好的信用度，确保账号安全。对平台销售市场定期进行市场调查/分析，制定和调整销售策略，达成所辖Amazon店铺的销售业绩；

2、 产品上架。含产品卖点挖掘，分析产品关键词，Listing的资料编辑上传，维护及优化Listing，提升Listing转化率；

3、 熟悉Amazon平台规则，熟练运用各种促销推广方法引流，如站内的CPC，秒杀以及其他站外促销。

4、 做好数据的统计分析工作，收集、分析市场信息，竞争对手状况，并根据产品销售与排名变化，及时制定和调整产品的销售策略；

5、 及时处理邮件，解答客户相关咨询与投诉，并进行问题整理统计分析，完善售前、售后方案；

6、 保持较好的库存周转率和库存量安全，及时安排补货，与采购或管理层协调沟通解决产品线中的问题；

7、 每月定期整理分析运营的各项数据，及时撰写运营分析报告，并提出相应的合理化建议。

任职要求：

1、 全日制大专或以上学历，大学英语四级或以上水平（小语种专业四级或以上水平），1年以上Amazon平台任意站点独立操作经验（必备条件）。

2、 具备独立管理店铺能力。熟悉amazon平台运营规则，对维护和管理帐号安全有丰富经验，能够提供相应的对策或调整；

3、 善于沟通，能及时回复客户的邮件，能独立解决各种客户问题，包括咨询、售后、处理投诉等；

4、 熟练掌握办公软件，擅长Excel表格的数据会汇总和整理；

5、 有较强的文案创作和文档编写能力；综合分析整理能力，思路清晰语；

6、 有团队合作精神，强烈的事业心，应变能力强，及挑战自我的信心；

7、 欢迎站内CPC高手以及具有丰富的站外推广经验或资源的人员加盟！

薪资待遇：

4.Quality control and inspection– Worked with 3rd party Testing Labs for testing protocols for every new products, all the new products were required to provide the testing report before mass production; assigned QC for inline and final inspection.
