岗位要求：

  

1. 初中以上学历，2年以上电子厂工作经验，有焊锡经验者优先考虑。

  

2. 严格执行上级的安排，保质保量地完成生产任务。

  

3. 认真执行公司的车间管理制度，推行6S，确保安全生产。

  

4. 年龄18-38岁，能吃苦耐劳，具备良好的团队精神。

  

7. 对工作细心负责， 刻苦耐劳，服从领导安排。

  

薪资待遇：

  

1. 底薪2330+房补750+全勤奖200+加班费（按国家规定计付）+工龄工资（随工龄增加，10年及10年以上工龄者***780元/月），+月度绩效奖；月休4天税前5800-6000/月，中餐及晚餐另包。

  

2. 工作3年以内10天年假，3-5年12天年假，5-10年15天年假；10-12年16天年假；12-15年17天年假；15-20年18天年假；20年以上20天年假；

  

3. 提供工作餐，购买五险一金；工资当月发放。

  

4. 节日福利，礼金（结婚礼金500元，新生儿礼金300元、生日礼金100元），年底双薪，定期体检，员工旅游，提供公司班车。
